Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

Your Responsibilities

• ·Keep account information accurate and up to date
• ·Notify us immediately of unauthorised access
• ·Verify your PAN for unlimited withdrawals (creators)
• ·Comply with Indian advertising and disclosure regulations
• ·Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, file false disputes, or harm other users. Suspension may include payout holds pending investigation.

• ·You must submit your own PAN and true, current details. Using someone else’s PAN, or edited or forged documents, is prohibited and may lead to suspension, payout holds and reporting to authorities.
• ·One PAN can verify only one Rekonio account.
• ·We may ask you to verify again — for example if your details change, a document is unclear, or as part of a periodic security review. If you do not, we may limit withdrawals until you do.
• ·We decide whether verification is approved, and we tell you the reason if it is not.
• ·Verification data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Identity Verification page. Your PAN card image is deleted 30 days after review.
• ·You can withdraw consent at any time on the Verification page; your verification and the Verified badge are then removed.
• ·The Verified badge only means we checked the PAN details. It is not an endorsement of a creator’s content, audience or work.

Milestone Payment Model

Brands fund each deal before work begins, and each milestone is released only when deliverables are approved by the brand. Funds are released to the creator's wallet in whole Indian Rupees (₹) — integer amounts only, no paise. Off-platform payments for Rekonio deals are prohibited.

Fees

• ·10% platform fee on completed deals (deducted automatically)
• ·Paid subscription plans are not available yet. If we introduce them, we will publish their price and terms before any charge applies
• ·Invoices for each funded deal, and TDS on creator payouts as per Indian tax law
• ·All fees are disclosed before you commit to a deal or plan

Payment Processing

• ·Brands fund deals via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
• ·Creator payouts via RazorpayX to verified bank accounts or UPI
• ·Payment transactions are immutable — corrections use adjustment entries
• ·Disputes pause the release of funds until resolved

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on deal status and milestone progress. Cancelled deals before work begins may receive a full refund of the unreleased amount, minus applicable fees. Partial completion is handled per milestone terms agreed at deal creation.

Platform Ownership

Rekonio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using Rekonio, you grant us a limited licence to display and distribute your profile content and deliverables as needed to operate the marketplace.

Collaboration Content

Ownership and usage rights for campaign deliverables are governed by the deal agreement between brand and creator. We recommend documenting usage rights (e.g. whitelisting period, exclusivity) in the campaign brief.

Service Availability

We strive for reliable uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

User Disputes

Rekonio provides dispute tools and payment holds but is not a party to collaboration agreements between brands and creators. We do not guarantee campaign outcomes, follower growth, or ROI.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Rekonio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time via settings or by contacting support@rekonio.com. Active deals must be completed or cancelled before account deletion.

Termination by Us

We may terminate accounts immediately for Terms violations, fraud, or conduct harmful to the marketplace. Funded balances on active deals will be handled per deal status at termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause below.

Dispute Resolution

Platform disputes between users are handled through Rekonio's in-app dispute process with payment holds. Legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted on an individual basis.
